Stratford City is an ambitious regeneration project in the heart of Newham, which will attract business and visitors to its European business quarter and develop a strong national and international brand.

This brief was to create a brochure using professional desktop publishing software that could be used to promote Stratford as a destination in 2012. The young people researched the brief using the internet and field research in Stratford as well as organising a press conference with key stakeholders associated with the regeneration of the area. Students work closely with the Press Association to use industry standard software and techniques creating professional brochures that met the objectives.

The project was delivered to Level 1 & Level 2 students studying the Creative & Media diploma. This resource could be modified for use with Media Studies students at KS4 or KS5.
